We deliver across Nepal through our own riders inside the Kathmandu Valley and trusted courier partners outside the valley.
Delivery time
- Kathmandu Valley: 1–2 working days
- Major cities (Pokhara, Biratnagar, Butwal, Chitwan, Birgunj…): 3–5 working days
- Other areas: 5–7 working days
The exact estimate for your location is shown on each product page and at checkout. Orders placed on public holidays or non-working days are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery charges
- Delivery charges depend on your location and are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Orders above the free-delivery amount shown on our site are delivered free.
- Heavy items such as inverters and large batteries may have an extra handling charge, shown at checkout.
Order tracking
You can follow your order anytime from My Orders. We will also call you before delivery.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available in most areas. Please keep the exact amount ready when the rider arrives.
Inspection on delivery
Please check the package in front of the rider. If the box is damaged or an item is missing, tell the rider and contact us the same day.
